Used as an exercise tool, the SCAPOWER Stretch Band
will increase an archer’s pulling weight, build up muscle
and develop firmness in the shoulder.
It can also be used to improve posture and technique. Daily
practice is recommended : 10 minutes at a time with at
least a 2 or 3 minute break. It does not take long to see improvement
in shot placement, draw process and balance
